Your access and use of the Portal are subject to terms and conditions contained in this privacy policy, along with the Broker Portal License Agreement (the “License Agreement”) and the Electricity Marketing Agreement between you and Frontier (the “EMA”), as each may be amended from time to time. Both the License Agreement and EMA are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the EMA.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls, and we use Secure Socket Layers (“SSL”) encryption technology to help safeguard against such occurrences.
